Your enquiries
When you contact Awagon, you may share your name, phone number, email, city, address, vehicle details and service requirements. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you requested.
WhatsApp and email
The enquiry forms prepare a message on your device. They do not submit it to an Awagon enquiry database. You review the message and press Send in WhatsApp to deliver it. Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp and Awagon. Email enquiries are handled through our email provider.
Loan and insurance assistance
If your request requires a finance or insurance partner, we will explain the proposed sharing on a call and ask for your permission before sharing the relevant details with that partner.
Website hosting
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Requests to the website may be processed by the hosting provider, including technical information such as IP address and browser information.
Your choices
Share only information needed for your enquiry. Do not enter identity documents, payment card details or passwords in enquiry forms. Contact info@awagon.in to request correction or deletion of information held by Awagon, withdraw permission for further sharing, or raise a privacy question. Information already shared with a service provider may also be subject to that provider’s practices and applicable obligations.
